We invite you to gear up for 2018 and join us for "Talent Showcase - A Crash Course in Defining, Finding and Hiring Talent" a dynamic, interactive workshop hosted by Village Capital in collaboration with ANDE, AMSCO, Shortlist, Fuzu, Brave Venture Labs, Amani Institute, Moringa Technology School, Duma Works, African Management Initiative, Spire and Open Capital Advisors on 7th December 2017 (08:30-5:30pm) in Nairobi.

As you know, finding the right talent for your team can be a critical challenge when growing your business. This workshop and event was born from a collaboration with Village Capital and ANDE under the Argidius - ANDE Talent Challenge to "Improve access to talent for SMEs in Emerging Markets." The format of the event has been designed following successful human capital workshops and events in East Africa, Mexico and India, with a focus on helping company leaders engage with talent in a more meaningful way.

This high intensity day will include:

• Intimate breakout sessions with curated groups of talent across; technology, junior & middle management and customer service & sales roles

• A session with Village Capital to transform high-level strategic needs to specific, searchable, matchable assets

• Company workshops hosted by human capital experts to improve your hiring strategy and screening / recruitment tactics
